Shrimp and Eggplant Parmigiana
A slice of eggplant breaded with Italian breadcrumbs, topped with fried shrimp and melted provolone, marinara sauce. Served with capellini pasta.
By far the best food in Acadiana! Everything is delicious! Eat there more often for lunch but dinner last night was amazing. Wonderful service as well.
