Fresh baby spinach steamed and folded in with shrimp, layered with lasagna noodles, egg, provolone, Parmesan, mozzarella, ricotta, and American cheese. Topped with Nash’s Marinara and Alfredo sauce. Served with a portion of fried eggplant medallions.
By far the best food in Acadiana! Everything is delicious! Eat there more often for lunch but dinner last night was amazing. Wonderful service as well.
