Amberjack with a Seafood Au Gratin Sauce: Grilled filet of amberjack, topped with shrimp, crawfish, oysters, scallops and crabmeat in an augratin sauce with a layer of fried eggplant. Served with sautéed vegetables. $27

 

Grilled Amberjack with Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo: A generous portion filet of amberjack, grilled with Nash’s special seasoning with a lemon butter sauce. Served with shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. $19

 

Stuffed Amberjack: Filet of Amberjack stuffed with shrimp and crabmeat dressing, Topped with a shrimp cream sauce. $22

 

Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna: Served Medium-Rare unless specified otherwise. Fresh Tuna grilled with Nash’s seasoning, with a lemon butter sauce. Served With Angel Hair Pasta Bordelaise. $24

 

Grilled Atlantic Salmon: A filet of fresh salmon grilled to perfection and topped with our fresh dill sauce and capers. Served with new potatoes and vegetables. $18

 

Stuffed Salmon Filet with Spinach Creola: A filet of fresh salmon stuffed with a spinach, garlic, Creole stuffing and topped with our fresh dill sauce. Served with new potatoes and vegetables. $20

 

Blackened La. Jumbo Gulf Shrimp: A generous portion of Jumbo Shrimp Blackened and served with fettuccine Alfredo. $18

 

 Catfish Platter: A portion of Catfish with your choice of either, Fried, Broiled or Grilled, served with fries or baked potato. $15

 

Fried Shrimp Platter: A portion of La. Gulf Shrimp, deep-fried and served with Fries or baked potato. $15

 

Seafood Combo Platter: A generous combination of shrimp, catfish, oysters,  stuffed shrimp, ½ soft-shell crab (seasonal), crab fingers (seasonal) and anything else we may surprise you with. Served with a cup of seafood Creole gumbo, fries or baked potato and vegetables. $22
